Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you place an order we ask for exactly what is needed to take payment and deliver a parcel:

• •Your email address
• •Your phone number
• •Your delivery address — street, city, state and PIN code

That is all. We do not ask for your date of birth, your gender, or anything else.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or any tracking tools on this website, and we do not set tracking cookies.

2. Why we collect it

• •Your name and address so the courier can deliver your order
• •Your phone number so we or the courier can reach you about the delivery
• •Your email address to send your order confirmation and to answer queries

We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not send promotional email unless you ask us to.

3. Payment information

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Your card number, UPI ID, netbanking credentials and any other payment details are entered on Razorpay's systems, not ours.

We never see, receive or store them. What we receive back is confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus the payment reference.

Razorpay processes that data under its own privacy policy.

4. Your cart and browser storage

Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser, using localStorage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us while you browse.

It holds only which product, which pack size and how many — never any price and nothing about you. It reaches us only when you complete checkout.

If you tap the heart on a product, that product is remembered in your browser in the same way. The like itself is counted on our side, as a running total for that product only — it is not linked to you, and no cookie or identifier is set.

Clearing your browser data clears your cart and the products you've liked.

5. Signing in

You need to sign in before placing an order. There is no password. You give us your email address, we email a six-digit code to it, and entering that code proves the address is yours.

While a code is live we store your email address and a scrambled form of the code — never the code itself. Both are deleted automatically once the code has been used or has expired, which is within ten minutes either way.

Once you are signed in, your browser holds one cookie so that you are not asked again on every visit. It contains your email address and an expiry date, signed by us so it cannot be altered. It is not used to track you, it is not shared with anyone, and this site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of any kind.

That cookie lasts thirty days, or until you sign out. Signing out removes it immediately.

Signing in shows you the orders placed with that email address. An order placed with a different address will not appear there — it is still yours, and you can still reach it with its order number, or by asking us.

6. Who we share it with

We share your details only with the parties who need them to complete your order:

• •Razorpay, to process the payment
• •The courier who delivers your parcel, to make the delivery
• •Our email provider, to deliver your order confirmation

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep order records — what was bought, the delivery address and the payment reference — for as long as we need them for accounts, tax and GST records, as required under Indian law.

Order records are held on our own systems, not in a third-party marketing platform.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• •Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• •Correct anything that is wrong
• •Delete your details, where we are not required by law to keep them

Write to us at the address below and we will respond. There is no charge.

9. Security

This website is served over HTTPS. Payment details never touch our systems. Order records are kept on systems we control, accessible only to people who need them to pack and dispatch orders.

No system is perfectly secure, but we do not hold the category of data — card numbers — that would make us a worthwhile target.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
