1. Who we are

This website is operated by Sadhak Agarbatti Industries, a proprietorship manufacturing incense at A-313 Hema Park, Shakti Chowk, Ambika Nagar, Odhav, Ahmedabad 382415, Gujarat, India.

References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Sadhak Agarbatti Industries. References to "you" mean the person placing an order.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By browsing this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

3. Products, descriptions and availability

Our incense is blended and packed in small batches. Fragrance strength, stick colour and burn time can vary slightly between batches; masala and fragrance oils are natural materials and are not uniform, so this variation is not a defect.

Product photographs are of the actual packs we sell, but colours may appear different on your screen. Pack contents, stick counts and weights are as printed on the pack.

We list our full range online, but availability can change. If we cannot fulfil an item after you have paid, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are the retail price of the pack.

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and wallets through our payment provider, Razorpay. We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery.

We never see or store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials — those are handled entirely by Razorpay. See our Privacy Policy.

Shipping charges, where they apply, are set out in our Shipping Policy and are shown before you pay.

5. Placing an order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we confirm your payment and send you a confirmation email with your order number.

We may decline or cancel an order — refunding you in full — if the item is unavailable, if the price or description was materially wrong, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.

Please keep your order number. It is the fastest way for us to find your order.

6. Delivery

We ship across India. Dispatch and delivery timelines, shipping charges and what happens if a parcel is delayed are set out in full in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, its movement is outside our control, though we will help you chase it.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You may cancel an order at no cost any time before it is dispatched.

Because incense is a consumable product, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on opened packs. We do replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, incorrect or missing.

8. Using our products safely

Incense burns with an open flame and produces smoke and hot ash. Please use it sensibly:

• •Always burn on a proper holder, on a heat-resistant surface
• •Never leave burning incense unattended
• •Keep well away from children, pets, curtains and anything flammable
• •Use in a ventilated room

We are not liable for damage or injury caused by unsafe use.

9. Intellectual property

The Sadhak name and logo, our product names, packaging designs, photographs and the text on this website belong to Sadhak Agarbatti Industries and are protected by law.

You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it commercially without our written permission. Retailers and distributors who stock our products may use our product images for that purpose.

10. Liability, governing law and disputes

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
